Holiday Shipping Policy

The holidays are the the busiest months for BrooklynWhipps and the various postal couriers. To receive your packages well in advance for Friendsgiving, Kwanzaa, Thanksgiving and Christmas we suggest you order early. The link below will provide you information on ship-by-dates:

Shipping Policy

BrooklynWhipps ships packages Monday - Friday. Please allow additional time for your order to be delivered. 

What is the processing time for my order? 

Shipment processing time on all orders is 3-5 business days (not including weekends) because some products are made to order. Shipping and processing time may be extended during holiday season. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay you will be contacted via email and/or telephone. 

My package was undeliverable and returned to sender. How can I have it reshipped to me?
If BrooklynWhipps has mislabeld the package, we will reship the merchandise to the customer free of charge. If the merchandise is undeliverable due to any other reason, once it is returned to BrooklynWhipps, we will notify the customer via email. If the customer would like the package reshipped, a reshipment fee will be assessed and is payable by the customer. Email brooklynwhipps@gmail.com for further assistance. Include your name and order number.

My package is damaged, lost or stolen. What do I do?
BrooklynWhipps ships your merchandise in quality packaging to ensure it is received as expected.  If your package is damaged upon receipt, this is an issue with the shipper. If a package is shown as delivered via USPS or UPS website, but has been stolen from your residence you must file a claim with your local post office and/or shipping vendor. BrooklynWhipps will not replace stolen orders.

Return Policy:

Cancellations/Exchanges/Refunds​

BrooklynWhipps products are handmade in small batches with natural and organic ingredients including some nut oils, fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs. Therefore, there are no exchanges, refunds or returns.  Once an order is placed it can not be cancelled. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, its ingredients or fragrance please contact us at brooklynwhipps@gmail.com prior to purchasing.  We will be happy to assist you. 

Payment

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept U.S. based credit cards including American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. We also accept payments via Paypal and Square. 

The items are in my cart. Why are they no longer available? 
Many customers add items to their shipping carts at the same time you do. Items that remain in your cart for long periods of time or for days, are up for grabs by other customers. BrooklynWhipps send reminder emails when you have left merchandise in your cart. Only items that have been paid for are guaranteed to the consumer.

My order is incorrect. What should I do?

If we made an error with your order (E.g. incorrect size or product) please email us at brooklynwhipps@gmail.com for assistance. . We will correct your order immediately and ship it to you at no additional cost.
