Choose this product if your order was returned to sender (BrooklynWhipps) and you want your package to be reshipped. This happens when the buyer does include the full legal mailing address which includes the apartment/floor number or the courier is unable to access the property/residence of the buyer.  
BrooklynWhipps will ship the package back to you within two business days (not including weekends or holidays)  of receipt.
If the error is due to BrooklynWhipps negligence then your package will be shipped for free.
